I participate in the FAA Safety Team seminar program (aka WINGS). In addition to these FAA Safety Seminars, which are open to the public, I have also developed and presented Skills Clinics for members of West Valley Flying Club, and have presented safety related material at the Club's internal flight instructor meetings.

What is a Skills Clinic?
A Skills Clinic is a practical group training session, involving both knowledge & flight components, which has a narrow, intensive focus on a particular skill area.
Skills Clinics are generally developed for the Private Pilot level and above, although Student Pilots are also welcome to participate under the guidance of their instructors.
A Night Landing Clinic, for example, might take place on a moonless evening after the time changes in the Fall. It would begin with a detailed refresher of knowledge areas related to night flight, then the group would move out to the ramp for take-off and landing practice in dark night conditions.
The knowledge portion of Skills Clinics are generally free of charge.
